  • Overview

    KUBRA’s security team is looking for an established Senior Security Analyst to enhance and validate the compliance, integrity and security of all KUBRA systems and services, while maintaining operational effectiveness.

    What you get to do every day

    • Maintain the network security infrastructure ( network firewalls, Web application firewalls, IDS/IPS and threat Intelligence gateway services along with AV services, SIEM, FIM)


    • Perform periodical security and risk assessments of KUBRA network infrastructure, systems and services.
      Perform firewall tasks related to implementation of new services


    • Develop systems, software and skills to stay ahead of emerging threats.


    • Lead or participate in security investigations.

    • Maintain and enforce KUBRA’s IT management control framework that defines the institution’s overall approach to IT risk and control.

    • Participate in on-call rotation to respond, investigate and resolve Security Incidents

    • Able to participate or act as a contact point for security and IT regulation audits. Examples: PCI-DSS, SSAE16, HIPAA

    What skills do you need?

    • Certification or Degree in Informatics Security or Information Security related field is a must
    • Advanced Threat Prevention configuration and monitoring experience (i.e. Symantec, Wildfire)
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience with:
      • Vulnerability scanners, Pen-Tests, Ethical Hacking
      • Practicing management of: Enterprise Firewalls, WAFs, Network Infrastructure, Active Directory / Domain policies, Antivirus, IDS/IPS/Advanced Threat Prevention
      • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution deployment and configuration experience (i.e. Qradar)
      • Work experience in an environment to which PCI compliance controls were applicable (PCI
        Level I)
    • Minimum of 2 years with:

      • Tokenization solutions
      • Virtualization
      • Cloud based services (Azure / AWS)
      • Network Monitoring solutions
    • Lead security investigations and potential network intrusions/security incidents
    • Advanced Threat Prevention configuration and monitoring experience (i.e. Symantec, Wildfire)
    • Experience with Cisco, Barracuda and Palo Alto Firewalls
    • Excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

    Nice to have certifications:

    • CISSP
    • OSCP, GIAC
