    Our Mississauga office is looking for a skilled Help Desk Technician who is passionate about helping people and embraces challenging situations.

     

    As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide customer centric support services to all levels within KUBRA through the use of new technology, streamlined processes and a friendly personal touch.

     

    What you get to do every day

    • Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prevent future occurrence of similar issues 

    • Update corporate infrastructure to increase resiliency 

    • Automate and streamline day to day tasks, operations and repetitive work 

    • Identify new technologies and best practices, research, evaluate and implement 

    • Monthly travel to remote offices may be required

    What kind of person should you be?

    • You are detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

    • You are comfortable explaining technical terms to non technical users

    • You have a thirst for knowledge

    • You love tinkering with technology and hardware

    • You don't rest until the job is done!

    • You are a team player but you can also work wonders independently

    What skills do you need?

    • 5+ years of experience in Active Directory management and Windows OS

    • 5+ years of experience in desktop imaging, application installation and configuration

    • 2+ years of experience in Powershell scripting to perform unattended installs / automation

    • 2+ years of experience in Google Suite / O365 administration

    • 2+ years of experience in Patch management and Antivirus administration

    • 2+ years of experience in user and executive support

    • 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting complex network and system problems

    The following qualifications are considered an asset: 

    • Experience working within regulatory compliance requirements such as PCI and SOX 
    • Working knowledge Virtual Hosts (VMWare / HyperV) 
    • Working knowledge of Azure / AWS 
    • Mobile device management 
    • Mac OS
